Meditation

Meditation should enrich our daily life. At lower levels, meditation training gives us mental clarity, which enhances all activities, whether we are reading a book, shooting a basketball, or driving a car. At the middle level, Zen gives us tranquility, peace, and spiritual joy. At the highest level, Zen leads us to the highest attainment a human being can ever achieve.
In our studio, meditation is done standing instead of sitting. This makes it easier to get comfortable, which in turn makes it easier to enjoy the meditative state. If you’ve never tried standing meditation before, we think you’ll love it.
