Flowing Zen
Flowing Zen is a revolutionary combination of ancient Chinese health exercises that revitalize the body, the mind, and the spirit.
This art is similar to Tai Chi, but easier to learn and practice. It involves enjoyable physical movements and relaxed breathing techniques performed in a gentle meditative state. Flowing Zen is simple, easy to remember, and a pleasure to practice. Athleticism is absolutely not required.
