We will utilize Self Myofascial Release techniques, LED light therapy, as well as dynamic and static stretching to eliminate or reduce pain and increase range of motion. Our cutting edge approach to strength training incorporates cables, medicine balls, stability balls, bands and functional movements. All of this is achieved in a private, one-on-one atmosphere. We believe that this personal approach to corrective exercise and strength training is key to achieving ultimate levels of health and fitness. Proper form should be achieved in the begining and maintained throughout the end of every exercise.
