Billing

  1. How much does a session cost?

    Different services have different prices. Please talk to the office manager at the front desk.

  2. Do you take insurance?

    Yes. We will help you to bill your insurance company for services that are covered.

  3. Do you take credit cards?

    Yes, of course. We accept Visa and Mastercard.


Scheduling

  1. How do I schedule an appointment?

    Appointments can be scheduled online using our automated system, or by calling our office. Click here to schedule an appointment online.

  2. Can I schedule back to back Massage and Chiropractic appointments?

    Yes, of course! Or, you can coordinate your acupuncture session with your massage, or your chiropractic session with your Tai Chi class, etc. This is one of the reasons we started GWC – to make your life simpler and more convenient!

  3. What if I can’t make my appointment?

    We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Please understand that if you don’t give us enough notice, then we can’t fill your time slot. This means that we’ll have to charge you a fee if you don’t cancel in time. So please call us early.
